ABOUT US
KRATOS is a Swiss-based, independent group of consulting engineers, specialising in the design, development and construction of new industrial projects and power generation plants, including nuclear power plants, and the modernisation of existing power plants and associated infrastructure.
KRATOS performs front-end engineering design, due diligence and independent reviews, infrastructure designs, technical studies, engineering, procurement, construction and management (EPCM) project deliveries, cost estimations and financial analysis services.
OUR EXPERTISE
Our expertise is the design, engineering, project management, procurement and construction of nuclear power plants. Our personnel currently provide technical services to the nuclear industry in Europe, Russia, Asia and Africa. KRATOS’s experienced employees have worked in the nuclear industry, worldwide, and are familiar with the current work practices and technologies.
KRATOS’s team is certified and deemed to operate Business Management Systems that comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 for Quality Management and 14001 for Environmental Management.

SERVICES
Studies
KRATOS performs scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, to assess the initial potential of a project. Our team performs engineering works during initial project phases, which lead to the development of project infrastructure, cost estimates, drawings and equipment sizing.
Project Management
KRATOS focuses on providing high quality services, whilst maintaining accurate budgeting and timely scheduling. This is ensured by the production of accurate technical reports and by maintaining open communications between the customer and the on-site personnel.
Engineering
KRATOS provides engineering expertise, ranging from nuclear engineers, mechanical engineers, civil and structural engineers, to electrical, piping and instrumentation engineering teams. KRATOS provides all planning and design requirements for a nuclear power plant project.
Construction Management
KRATOS’s construction management teams ensure the smooth delivery of the project’s construction phase, whilst adhering to the design schedule, and delivering the high-quality construction, accurate budgeting, and mandatory safety protocols. Our supervisors and other construction teams liaise with all involved, and are on-site to provide technical advice.
